New Years Resolutions, Thank You and FOTD

Hey Everyone,

First off, I just want to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year. As I said in my experimental makeup post yesterday, I am spending a quiet new years eve at home playing board games and eating yummy food (sundaes for dessert!!). Tomorrow I will be posting my first of several posts about my favourite beauty products for 2010 (a nice way to wrap up the old year and begin a new one).

2010 has been a great year for me and my blog. I was really excited to start my blog back in June, but never knew just how rewarding it would turn out to be. Thank you so much to everyone who has subscribed. You have been such great friends to me.

I don't tend to make New Years resolutions but through that it might be fun to create a couple of resolutions for FunnyFace Beauty (hopefully since I am posting them, you can help to make sure I follow through with them). Here they are:

1) To create and post at least one experimental makeup look or face of the day posts each week.
2) To post more reviews (I have so many great items to review, I just haven't gotten around to posting about them).
3) To try and limit the amount of new makeup I purchase (I want to get classic pieces and try not to buy into the over-hyped, trendy beauty products).

Resolution # 1: I had so much fun creating the NYE look in yesterday's post and really appreciate all of your great feedback. Even though I am currently wearing a velour track suit, I decided that I wanted to get a little more dolled up today and created NYE face of the day makeup look. Here it is:

Rimmel Blush in Bronze (countour)
Bourjois Blush in Rose D'or (blush)
MAC's MSF in 'Perfect Topping' (highlight)

Tarina Tarantino Cream Eyeshadow in 'Meteor Night' (base)
Bobbi Brown Sparkle Eyeshadow in 'Black' (lid)
Revlon's Matte Eyeshadow in 'Riviera Blue'(crease and outer corner)
MAC's Kohl Eyeliner in 'I Get No Kick' (lower water line)

Revlon's Colour Burst Lipstick in 'Fuchsia'

Can't wait to experience 2011 with all of you! Please let me know if you have any ideas or requests for upcoming posts in 2011.

Experimental Makeup Look: New Years Eve

Hey Everyone,

I am the first one to admit that I am a bit of a loser when it comes to New Years Eve. I haven't been to a real New Years party for at least 5 years and instead, usually spend the evening at home, in my pyjamas, eating junk food and playing board games. While I am not a big fan of 'partying', one thing I do really miss about going out for New Years Eve is getting to do over the top, fun makeup (glitter just doesn't seem appropriate for playing balderdash). So today, I decided that I would do a fun New Years Eve look to show you all what I would be wearing if I was going out.

Having recently fallen in love with darker, more vampy lipsticks, I decided to go with a more burlesque type look. Unfortuntately, as always, the look doesn't come off quite as dramatic in the photos as it is in real life. With that said, I am really happy with the overall look and hope it will give you some ideas or inspiration for your own New Years Eve look.

Because I decided to use glitter for my New Years Eve look, I chose to do my eye makeup before applying any foundation or concealer (I would recommend doing this when using any shadow with a lot of fallout). To start the eye look, I used MAC's Cream Colour Base in 'Pearl' (a creamy pearlescent product) to help adhere the glitter I used to the eyelid. I then took Urban Decay's eyeshadow in 'Half Baked' (a bronze-gold) and applied it to the crease to give the eyes some definition. Making sure to tap off the excess, I used a flat eyeshadow brush and slowly pressed MAC's '3D Gold Glitter' onto my eyelid until they were super sparkly. For liner I used Illuminare Cosmetics' 'Beyond Black Everlasting Eyeliner' along my upper lash line creating a fairly thick line. After applying my favourite Buxom mascara, I applied MAC's false lashes in '#10' to add some drama to the eye. To add some light to the inner corners of my eyes, I used a bright shiny white eyeshadow ('Tempting Tara') from The Balm's Shady Lady Vol. 2 palette. Finally I took Shiny Mama Beauty's Gleam All Stick (similar to an eyeliner) and applied the 'Sunray' side (a shimmering gold) to my bottom lash line. I chose not to add any mascara to the bottom lash line as I wanted to keep my under-eye area looking bright.

I have been using a new skincare system from Liz Earle for the past month and 1/2 and have really noticed a difference in my complexion (especially in pictures). Before applying any foundation to my face, I used MAC's 'Mattifying Gel' as a face primer, which helps my skin from looking oily throughout the day. I then applied MAC's Pro Longwear Foundation in NW20, followed my Makeup Forever's HD Foundation in #115. To create a more flawless finish, I dampened my Beauty Blender sponge and stippled the two foundations into my skin. To help hide my under eye circles, I used my new favourite concealer, It Cosmetic's 'Bye Bye Under Eye' (this stuff is seriously amazing!), followed by Benefit's 'Powder Flage' (a white powder for under eye circles). To add definition to my face, I used Rimmel's Blush in 'Bronze' as a contour under my cheek bones. I then used NARS's 'Laguna' bronzer to add some colour to my cheeks and finished the look off with MAC's Soft and Gentle Mineralized Skinfinish, which I used as a highlighter above my cheekbones

Being that this was a New Years Eve inspired look, I decided to go with a bold and vampy looking lip, rather than a nude lip. I first applied MAC's 'Dubonnet' lipstick (a brown-toned red) to the entire lip making sure to stay within the lip line. I then used a dark plum lipliner (MAC's 'Currant') to outline the lips. I also used 'Currant' to add definition to the lips by blending it into the corners of my mouth, giving the lips a two-toned look. Finally I used concealer to trace around my lip line which helps keep bold lips looking crisp.

Overall, I really like the look and am glad I got a chance to play around with some of the new products I received for Christmas. I am hoping to put together a new set-up in my house for my makeup so that I can spend more time practicing and creating experimental makeup looks.

Let me know what you think of the look. Would you wear it out for New Years Eve? Do you have big plans for NYE this year? Let me know in the comment section below.

Christmas Haul Part 1: Makeup

Hey Everyone,

I hope you all had a great Christmas or, if you don't celebrate Christmas, a good holiday from work, school, etc. This year for Christmas my family broke with tradition and decided to spend the day at home rather than at my cottage where we usually spend Christmas. It was different, but still fun. We got to spend Christmas dinner with friends, and I got to see one of my best friends before she leaves for Haiti to work for a year (Bye Kate!).

Back in October, my sisters and I got new laptops from my parents as early Christmas presents. Because we got our presents early, my parents decided that this year we would only do stocking stuffers and not presents. Well, they lied and I was really surprised by the amount of great things I got from everyone in my family. With that said, my parents and sisters are all on a "You have too much makeup" kick and didn't really want to add to my collection, but I still managed to get some great new beauty items over the holidays (including Christmas presents, pre-christmas shopping and Boxing Day shopping). Here is what I got:

Stocking Stuffers: Miscellaneous

1) Wet n' Wild Single Icon Eyeshadow in 'Lagoon' and 'Penny: I absolutely love the Wet n' Wild single eyeshadows. For anyone who hasn't tried them, they are so creamy and so pigmented that they honestly give MAC eyeshadows a run for their money. Both colours I received are super gorgeous. Lagoon is a deep metallic blue, while Penny is a pink-copper colour with flecks of gold. The best part about these shadows is their price. My sister Krista bought them for me from Walgreens for .99 cents each during a sale last month.

2) Bourjois Blush in 'Rose D'or': I have been wanting this blush for a while but couldn't justify the price ($22.00 CAD). Luckily, I found this blush at Ulta for $7.99 USD a few days before Christmas and hinted to my sister Gillian that I would love to see this in my stocking. This blush is light pink with a golden sheen. Originally I thought this blush would be a lot like NARS's Orgasm blush (which I don't really like), but the golden shimmer is not at all chunky making this blush much more pretty in my opinion.

3) Essence Eyeshadow in 'Party All Night': This gorgeous metallic taupe colour is similar to Wet n' Wild's 'Nutty' Eyeshadow but has more of a sheen. My sister Gillian hates shopping (especially for makeup) so I was surprised she picked out such a great colour all on her own. I definitely can't wait to try out this eyeshadow.

Left to Right: Penny, Lagoon, Party All Night, Rose D'or

Stocking Stuffers: M.A.C

About a month ago, one of my favourite bloggers, Marie at Marie a la mode posted some makeup looks her very talented, makeup-artist cousin, Lisa did on her. I absolutely loved one of the lip looks (see it here), and decided I wanted to try and re-create it. Luckily for me, my sister was paying attention when I went to the MAC counter and helped my parents pick out the following items for me:

1) MAC Lipstick in 'Dubonnet': While this isn't the exact colour Marie's cousin used, it is fairly similar and works with the overall look I am going for. Dubonnet is a very vampy brown-toned red which makes a huge statement on the lips (if you are shy, this isn't the colour for you). Surprisingly I really liked the way it looks on my lips and think it will be perfect for the winter season.

2) MAC Lipliner in 'Currant': I have wanted to try this lipliner for a while now, especially after seeing both Samantha and Nic from Pixiwoo and Marie's cousin Lisa use it in various looks. Currant lipliner is a an extremely dark plum colour that looks amazing when paired with more vampy red lipsticks, especially when applied to the corners of the mouth for definition.

Top to Bottom: Currant, Dubonnet

Christmas Present: Victoria Secret

I'm not going to lie, I picked out these items months ago while in the States, and pretty much forced my sister Krista to buy them for me for Christmas. Luckily, I completely forgot what I had picked out, and was actually surprised when opening my gift. Here is what I got:

1) Victoria Secret Eyeshadow in 'Beloved': I really like Victoria Secret eyeshadows because they are super pigmented, very smooth, have great packaging (very similar to Bobbi Brown), a great price ($10 USD) and come in a variety of finishes. 'Beloved', which has a lustre finish, is a very deep olive colour that looks quite metallic. Surprisingly my "too much makeup" collection doesn't have any olive green eyeshadows so I am definitely excited to see how this one will look when applied.

2) Victoria Secret Eyeshadow in 'Luscious': Victoria Secret's 'Luscious is a gorgeous purple-taupe colour with a super metallic finish (another lustre). This sort of colour has been really popular for the last year and I don't see it going out of style anytime soon (at least I hope not).

3) Victoria Secret Eyeshadow in 'Divine': This is my first matte eyeshadow from Victoria Secret and so far I am really impressed. This very dark plum eyeshadow is very pigmented (not always the case with matte shadows) and will work great as a crease colour for any purple, brown or grey eyeshadow look.

4) Victoria Secret Eyeliner in 'Midnight': This Victoria Secret eyeliner is the perfect shade of navy blue (something I don't have in my collection). The best thing about this liner (and I'm hoping the rest of the liners at VS) is how smooth and creamy it is. I have tried several different liners, but have never found any that apply as easily as this one. Seeing as I am still not great at applying eyeliner, I think this one will be great to work with.

Left to Right: Beloved, Luscious, Divine, Midnight

Pre-Christmas Shopping: NARS

A few weeks before Christmas, I got a Sephora giftcard from one of my best friends. At first she said she felt bad giving me a gift certificate, but ultimately knew I would love it because it would be a good excuse to go shopping. She was right and I made sure to use it the last time I was in the US. Here is what I got:

1) NARS Blush in 'Sin': I always thought people were exaggerating when they said NARS had the best blushes. I was wrong! The quality and pigmentation of NARS blushes are superb. NARS Sin is a very cool-toned muted plum colour with golden shimmer. I can honestly say that I don't own another blush like this one, and couldn't even think of another blush that might be similar. I am used to wearing warm-toned blushes but think this will be perfect for the winter season.

2) NARS Blush in 'Dolce Vita': One of my all time favourite products from NARS is their lipgloss in Dolce Vita (a dark rose-toned gloss seen here). Like the lipgloss, this blush is warm and rose-toned and looks gorgeous when applied lightly to the cheeks. This is my first matte blush from NARS which is a nice reprieve from some of their more glitter infested blushes (aka Orgasm).

Top to Bottom: Dolce Vita, Sin

Boxing Day Shopping: Miscellaneous

One nice thing about spending the holidays at home (rather than at my cottage) was the fact that I got to go shopping on Boxing Day. I didn't really find much to buy but was happy to be able to swatch the new MAC Collections. I ended up buying two things from the Champale collection (one of which you will see below), but have to take back the 'Chilled on Ice' paint pot I bought because it looks horribly chunky on my eyes. Here is what I did manage to get:

1) MAC Kohl Eyeliner in 'I Get No Kick': This is the only item I ended up purchasing (and keeping) from the new Champale collection from MAC. This shimmering champagne coloured eyeliner will work perfectly as a highlight for the inner corners of the eye or as a way to brighten the lower waterline. I think that this will be one of the most popular items from the collection, so if you haven't already checked it out, I would do so before it's all sold out.

2) Tarina Tarantino Magic Hour Cream Shadow in 'Meteor Night': I have been so into cream eyeshadows lately. While I don't usually wear them alone, I love using them as a base to help make my powder eyeshadows more vibrant. I have heard a lot of great things about the Tarina Tarantino line, but found the products to be too expensive. So, when I saw that some of the Tarina Tarantino cream eyeshadows were on sale for $10.50 CAD, I had to grab one. Meteor Night is the perfect dark blue cream shadow that will work perfectly with any blue or grey smoky eye look. I have yet to try this shadow out, but will definitely let you know how it compares to some of the other cream shadows I own.

3) Stila Backstage Eyeshadow Palette: This eyeshadow palette, which contains six different colours, is surprisingly my first eye product from Stila. I have been wanting to try Kitten for awhile, but haven't been able to get my hands on the $10 Stila palette that contains Kitten, Lame and Chloe (if you know where you can get one, can you let me know in the comments below?) and don't want to pay $22 CAD for an eyeshadow. Luckily this Stila palette was on sale for $12.50 CAD at Sephora on Boxing Day. After swatching all of the eyeshadows in the palette, I can say I am pretty impressed. They are all very smooth and creamy and seem to have a good amount of colour payoff when placed on the skin. My favourite thing about this palette is its size. This little palette is the perfect size for slipping in your bag for daily touch-ups or for putting in your cosmetic bag for travelling.

Left to Right: I Get No Kick, Meteor Night

Left to Right: Luster, Pacific, Flamingo, Chiffon, Poetic, Coal

Tomorrow I will be posting the second part of my Christmas haul which has mostly LUSH products and a couple of things from The Body Shop. Let me know if there is anything in this post that you would like to see a full review on. Just a reminder that my holiday giveaway is still going on. You can check it out here

Have you tried any of these products? Did you get many beauty products for Christmas? What was your favourite item? Let me know in the comment section below.

Holiday Gift Idea: Stocking Stuffers Under $10 USD

Hey Everyone,

First I just want to say thank you to everyone who has entered my giveaway so far. I absolutely love putting together and hosting giveaways, and I am so glad you really like the prizes I have put together. If you haven't had a chance to check out my giveaway, you can do so here.

With Christmas quickly approaching (2 days!!), I decided I wanted to do a post with some last minute stocking stuffer ideas. Stockings are a big deal in my family. Since I was a little girl, my family would all gather together Christmas morning and watch each other open our stockings one at a time. My parents usually spoil us with all of the things they put in our stocking, so we usually end up with about 3 stockings each plus a couple of other shopping bags here or there.

Since I am such a huge beauty junkie, most of the stocking stuffers I picked out for my family this year have been beauty related. As all of the items I have bought for their stockings have been under $10 USD, I figured it would be fun to share them with you and possibly help you out with some ideas to add to your family's stockings. Here are my ideas:

LUSH BubbleGum Lip Scrub ($ 8.95 USD at LUSH)

After hearing so many people rave about LUSH's lip scrubs, I decided I needed to try one out for myself. LUSH's lip scrubs are made with finely ground sugar which helps to gently exfoliate the lips, removing dry or rough patches of skin. My favourite thing about this particular scrub is its scent. As someone who loves any of LUSH's candy scented products (ie. snowfairy, candy cane bubble bar, etc), this bubblegum scented scrub does not disappoint. The best thing about the LUSH's  Bubblegum lip scrub? It's edible and tastes delicious.

NARS Lip Gloss Duo in 'Sweet Dreams' and 'Dolce Vita' ($ 8.00 USD at Sephora)

I first saw this mini lipgloss duo waiting in line to check out at Sephora (they always get you, don't
they?). I am a huge fan of NARS lipgloss, especially the colour 'Dolce Vita' (a beautiful rose tone). While I have never tried NARS's 'Sweet Dreams', its light pink colour with golden shimmer could easily become a favourite. At only $8.00, I think this would make the perfect stocking stuffer for any beauty lover or for someone who has never had the chance to try any NARS products.

Fresh Magic Wands Mini Mascara Duo featuring 'Firebird Mascara' and 'Supernova Mascara' ($10.00 USD at Sephora)

This mascara set was another last minute purchase made while waiting in line at Sephora (seriously, they are good!). Having read a lot of raves about Fresh's Supernova mascara, I decided to buy this little set for myself. Here is what the Sephora website has to say about this duo:

"Fresh Magic Wands Mini-Mascara Duo delivers the ultimate high-voltage lashes. Supernova creates a super-black base, with a volumizing lift, and Firebird has a feathery effect. The combination is stunning."

If you or someone you are buying for have wanted to try one or both of these mascaras, this is a perfect stocking stuffer.

Korres Lip Butter in 'Jasmine' ($10.00 USD at Sephora)

My lips have been so dry and cracked this winter, I decided to try the Korres lip butter after reading about it in so many different 'favourites posts'. This shea-butter infused lip balm helps to both condition the lips and heal them of cracks or rough skin. Unlike most of the lip balms on the market, Korres lip butters, which come in several different colours, can be used on both the lips and cheeks. Korres's Jasmine Lip Butter comes in a very light nude colour which adds just a touch of colour to the lips and smells amazing! If you (or someone you know) struggle with dry cracked lips, you may want to pop one of these in a stocking.

Splash Nail Art Glitter ($3.99 USD at Ulta)

I saw these little jars of nail art glitter for the first time yesterday while shopping in the States. As glitter nail polishes are becoming more and more popular, these multi-dimensional and multi-coloured nail glitters are perfect for any nail polish lover on your list. According to the package, these glitters can be applied in three easy steps.

Step 1: Apply any colour nail polish to the nail.
Step 2: Brush glitter on nail
Step 3: Apply topcoat

Of course I had to buy one for myself (will post pictures as soon as I try it). The other is going to one of my lovely blogger friends in a swap. Definitely let me know if you have tried these out before and what you think of them.

Too Faced Mini Lash Injection Mascara ($9.50 USD at Sephora)

After reading about this mascara on several blogs, I decided that I needed to give it a try. I was going to wait until I had finished the tube of my favourite Buxom mascara (check it out in my giveaway), but when I saw Sephora has a mini tube of it for sale, I just had to give it a try. Here is what Sephora has to say about this mascara:

"This exclusive, 3D formula actually builds tubes around each lash. . .This adds extreme volume, curl and length. . .You will no longer see clumps and lumps - but long gorgeous, fluttering, new and improved eyelashes"

I have had several chances to try this mascara since I bought it. Although it does not impress me as much as the Buxom mascara (which lengthens), it definitely has some great volumizing effects. My lashes look so much fuller when using this mascara and I love to pair it with my Buxom mascara for very long and voluminous lashes.

Essence Lipsticks ($2.49 USD at Ulta)

I was so excited yesterday when I saw that Ulta carries Essence products (I thought that Essence was only in the UK). Not only are their products super pigmented and super cheap, they are actually extremely well made. While I wanted to pick up every single item they had, I decided to be good and only ended up buying 3 lipsticks (one as a stocking stuffer). These lipsticks are very opaque and give a lot of colour to the lips. They are also super moisturizing and leave the lips feeling nice and creamy. I definitely can't wait to buy more Essence products next time I am in the US.

NYX 10 Colour Eyeshadow Palette in 'Champagne & Caviar' ($9.99 USD at Ulta)

Out of all of the stocking stuffers I have shown you, this one packs the most bang for your buck. This 10 neutral coloured eyeshadow palette is not only incredibly pretty, the shadows are super creamy and apply like a dream. The colours range from a very light matte white shadow to several brown shadows and finally a great black shadow for creating smoky looks. My sister Krista and I already own these palettes, but my sister Gillian (I don't think I've ever mentioned her on here, she's Krista's twin) doesn't really own any makeup and I thought this would be a great first eyeshadow palette for her. NYX carries several different 10 colour eyeshadow palettes all at $9.99 USD. If you are looking for a stocking stuffer for someone who doesn't have much makeup, I think that this palette would be a perfect choice.

I hope this post has given you some last minute stocking stuffer ideas. Whether you are buying for someone else or for yourself (we all need a treat during the holidays), I think that all of these would make great, inexpensive little gifts.

My family is staying home for the first Christmas in years (we usually go to my cottage), so I am hoping to get the chance to do a lot of blogging over the holidays. I have some great new products I really want to tell you about, and of course I need to post about my 2010 favourites.

I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday!

My Holiday Giveaway (CLOSED)

Hey Everyone,

I am so excited to finally post my holiday (and 1000 subcribers) giveaway. I have been planning this giveaway for months, and now that all of the prizes have arrived, I can finally share it with all of you. Before I show you all of the prizes up for grabs, I just wanted to thank each and every one one of you for your continuing encouragement and support. It sounds cliched, but when I decided to start this blog, I never thought it would change my life this much and that I would meet so many wonderful people. All of your comments and emails mean so much to me and I thank you for continuing to read my blog. I wanted to show my gratitude to all of you by putting together a giveaway with some of my favourite products. So without further ado, here are the prizes that one lucky subscriber will win:

Part #1: Midnight Artic Makeup Bag

I am so excited that Bonnie from Plaid Poni Designs on etsy was kind enough to donate another makeup bag from her amazing collection. After looking on etsy for a makeup bag to add to my giveaway, I had to go back to Bonnie because I truly believe her bags are the best. After reading all of your comments as to which bag was your favourite, Bonnie and I decided on the Midnight Artic Boxy Bag for this giveaway. With its warm grey background and damask-like print, this bag is really super trendy.

Bonnie began making her own cosmetics bags a year and 1/2 ago, after she noticed that the makeup bags offered in stores were either too expensive, too small or just too ugly. All of Bonnie's bags are big enough to fit your favourite cosmetics, but small enough to pack and travel with. All bags have a zipper enclosure, a handle on the side for easy carrying, and are fully lined with clear vinyl, making them easy to clean and ensuring that the fabric does not get stained or ruined. Bonnie hand picks all of the fabrics herself, ensuring that all of her bags are attractive and fashion forward. To see Bonnie's full collection of adorable makeup bags, click here (The Midnight Boxy Bag is currently on sale for $18.99)

Part #2: Audrey Hepburn 2011 Calendar.

This 12 month calendar is actually courtesy of my mom. Knowing how much I like Audrey Hepburn, my mom bought this for me as a present for Christmas. Unfortunately, I had already bought one for myself and hung it on my wall. Knowing that FunnyFace Beauty is inspired by Audrey Hepburn my mom asked if I would like to include it in my giveaway. Thanks Mom!

Part #3: Urban Decay's Naked Palette:

It was hard for me to decide which eyeshadow palette I should include in this giveaway. There are so many out there, but I honestly think that the Naked Palette is a great staple for any makeup collection. Urban Decay makes great quality products, and with all of its neutral colours, the Naked Palette allows for hundred of different eyeshadow looks.

Part #4: Buxom Sidekicks Holiday Set

Buxom mascara has been a favourite for a while now. I have raved about this over and over again on this blog (and on some of your blogs), so I wanted to give you a chance to see just how great this mascara is. This Buxom set also includes two miniature Big & Healthy Lip Polishes in Dolly and Gina.

Part #5: SJP NYC Perfume and Travalo Refillable Atomizer

SJP NYC is another one of my favourite products. I received my bottle of perfume for my birthday in April and have not stopped wearing it since. This perfume is super fruity and girly and comes in a really cute bottle. I have also included a Travalo Refillable Atomizer which I recently talked about here

Part #6: Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar and Loose Colour.

I fell in love with Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics last month at the Toronto IMATS. Wanting to share my love for this Vegan company, I bought two of my favourite products to add to the giveaway:

* "Grandma" Lip Tar: a peachy-pink, fully opaque lipgloss. You seriously only need a pin head sized amount to cover your entire lips.
* "Twirl" Loose Colour: a very shimmery golden pink pigment that is absolutely gorgeous (I'm actually wearing it on my lips today).

Part #7: M.A.C Rodarte Collection Pigment in "White Gold" (M.A.C Collector's Item)

This shimmering white-gold pigment is a M.A.C Collector's item, as it was part of the never released Rodarte collection (it comes with a Rodarte box and Rodarte packaging). **Just to note, this was part of a charity pack from the M.A.C Warehouse sale, and all proceeds from the package went to both AIDS and Cancer charities**

Part #8: MAC Eyeshadows

*M.A.C's Golden Crown: This eyeshadow was recently released with the holiday 2010 Tartan Tale collection. This gold eyeshadow is super shimmery and perfect for the holiday season.
* M.A.C's "Family Silver": This mineralized eyeshadow has brown veining running through both a light and dark grey eyeshadow.

Part #9: M.A.C Lip Products

* M.A.C Lipstick in 'Colour Me Coral': This light pinky-coral frost lipstick fits in perfectly with the 2010 coral lip trend.
* M.A.C Lipglass in 'Corsette': This frosty brown lipgloss is gorgeous with its golden shimmer.
* M.A.C Slimshine Lipstick in 'Gentle Simmer': This peachy-pink moisturizing lipstick was limited edition to M.A.C.

Part #10: Miscellaneous M.A.C Products

* M.A.C Mineralize All-Over Lotion: This lotion is made for both the face and body, and is full of moisture and shimmer.
* M.A.C Impeccable Brow Pencil in "Taupe": This medium-brown toned eyebrow pencil is perfect for anyone with brown hair (sorry blondes...give it to a friend?)
* M.A.C #188 Small Duo Fibre Face Brush: This flat top brush can be used for blending both powder and liquid makeup.

Part #11: Miscellaneous

*eos Lip Balm in 'Sweet Mint': This super moisturizing lip balm is both uniquely packaged and super moisturizing. I know a lot of you can't get these where you live, so I wanted to give you a chance to own one.
*Forever 21 Double Sided Nail Files: These nails files are duo sided and super cute. One side is purple with red hearts and the other side is full of pink glitter.
