Our Current Favourites (Friends Edition)

Hey Everyone,

Usually when I post a video, I don't give any commentary on my blog posts. I figure that those who want to watch a video will watch it, and those who prefer to read blog posts, will skip it. This time is a little different. This 'Current Favourites' video was filmed in HD quality on my new camera (I got in May but was too scared to use it until now), features two of my close friends (who were complete naturals on camera), and, finally, was edited to look a little more 'professional' than my previous videos (trust me, there are still some mistakes).

If you would like to see what products Kerri (a makeup minimalist), Jenny (a crazed makeup addict) and I (a beauty blogger) have been loving lately, be sure to check out the video below (don't forget to watch it in HD).

xx

  1. Great video! The only negative thing I have to say is that your friend on the left wears too dark of foundation for her face, and she stops at her chin, and her neck is pale white.

    1. My fault for not pointing it out to her. It was actually her bronzer. We noticed it while watching back the video, but she's such a good sport that she said I could post it anyway. xx

  5. Loved this video! Everyone looked so comfortable; it was like a beauty panel. I would love to see more videos with your friends... if they are amenable to that.

Also, I love that you filmed in front of a pane of glass... I think I was looking at a beautiful body of water in the reflection, as well as someone manning the video camera. ;)
