Eye Candy: My Purple Lip Products

Hey Everyone, 

As I mentioned in my 'New Lip Love' post last week, I am absolutely obsessed with Fall's purple lip trend. With so many different shades of purple to chose from, this trend works nicely for any skin tone, hair colour, etc. Below are pictures (or eye candy as I like to call them) and swatches of some of the purple lip products I currently own. 

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in 'Hoochie':
A deep plummy-purple gloss with brown undertones. This super thick gloss is very pigmented and lasts all day. 

Accessorize Lip Gloss in 'V.I.P':
A super sheer purple gloss with pink undertones. This gloss is super shiny, non-sticky and smells amazing. 

Korres Lip Butter Glaze in 'Crocus':
A bright lavender gloss with pink undertones. This gloss is super shiny, highly pigmented and very moisturizing. 

MAC Dazzle Glass in 'Fantabulous':
A bright purple magenta gloss with iridescent pink glitter. This gloss is super sticky (which I don't love), but perfect for a fun night out. 

Benefit Ultra Shine Lipgloss in 'Wild Child':
A gorgeous, sheer, purple-pink gloss with iridescent pink shimmer. This gloss is non-sticky, very moisturizing and smells amazing. 

essence Stay With Me Lipgloss in 'Berry Me!':
A deep berry-purple with red undertones. This gloss is very shiny, and has a jelly-like consistency which helps it last longer than a lot of the other glosses I own. 

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss in 'Lilac Pastel': 
A super pale lavender gloss with blue undertones. This non-sticky, super shiny gloss is very creamy, and leaves the lips feeling very moisturized. 

Too Faced Glamour Gloss in 'Sex Pot': 
A nude-purple gloss with brown and pink undertones. This creamy, semi-sticky gloss plumps the lips, giving them a nice minty tingle. 

MAC Lipglass in 'Lavender Wind':
A pale lavender gloss with silver glitter. This gloss is super sticky and very glittery, making it one of my least favourite purple lip products. 

Annabelle Twist Up Pencil in 'Royale':
A deep plummy-purple lipstick with brown undertones. This glossy lip pencil is easy to apply, super creamy and very moisturizing. 

Revlon Lip Butter in 'Sugar Plum':
A deep plum, tinted lip balm with brown undertones. This lip butter is glossy, smooth and very moisturizing. 

L'Oreal Colour Riche Caresse Lipstick in 'Violet Chiffon':
A deep, purple lipstick with pink undertones. This lipstick is shiny, super pigmented and leaves the lips feeling super smooth and moisturized. 

MAC Lipstick in 'Violetta':

A deep berry-purple with iridescent pink shimmer. This lipstick is crazy pigmented (it's one of MAC's Amplified lipsticks), super creamy and fairly moisturizing. 

MAC Lipstick in 'Up The Amp':

A pink-purple lipstick with brown undertones. This Amplified lipstick gives the lips a semi-matte finish perfect for fall. Unfortunately this lipstick is not very moisturizing (it may be because it's one of my older ones), and therefore requires some lip balm underneath.  

Korres Lip Butter in 'Plum':
A deep plummy-purple lip balm with brown and red undertones. This  very pigmented lip balm is super moisturizing leaving the lips feeling soft and hydrated.
