Hey Everyone,
In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness month, I have decided to do a series of posts called '31 days of Pink Lips'. Every day this month, I will include pictures of myself wearing a different pink lip product (lipstick, gloss, balm, etc.) While, I am hoping this series will bring awareness of early prevention through self breast exams, regular doctor visits and mammograms, you might be wondering how featuring different pink lip products really helps the cause. Well, this is where you come in. For every comment received on any of the '31 Days of Pink Lips' posts, Funny Face Beauty will be donating .25 cents to The Canadian Breast Cancer foundation to a maximum of $150 dollars.
Today's pink lip features one of my all time favourite MAC lipsticks, 'Impassioned' a bright, almost neon, pink with orange undertones. While scarily bright (for some), this lipstick looks amazing on all skintones and works nicely with a variety of eyeshadow looks. Unfortunately, this lipstick isn't super moisturizing, so I would suggest using a lip balm before applying it.

DeleteI've been wanting this color since forever but I always talk myself out of it. Not because of the brightness but because I tend to buy too many pinks...lol.

DeleteI actually have Revlon's Matte Lipstick in Strawberry Suede that I think is a little similar to this, but WOW I love colors that are so BAM in your face. Perfect for those days you don't want to have a lot of makeup on but still want to make an impact! xx
ReplyDeleteExactly. I will have to check out the Revlon shade, although I find matte lipsticks to be pretty drying on my lips.
