Hey Everyone,
In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness month, I have decided to do a series of posts called '31 days of Pink Lips'. Every day this month, I will include pictures of myself wearing a different pink lip product (lipstick, gloss, balm, etc.) While, I am hoping this series will bring awareness of early prevention through self breast exams, regular doctor visits and mammograms, you might be wondering how featuring different pink lip products really helps the cause. Well, this is where you come in. For every comment received on any of the '31 Days of Pink Lips' posts, Funny Face Beauty will be donating .25 cents to The Canadian Breast Cancer foundation to a maximum of $150 dollars.
Today's pink lip features Revlon's Colour Burst lipgloss in 'Crystal Lilac', an icy light-pink with iridescent purple shimmer (which creates a gorgeous metallic sheen). This gloss is super creamy and not at all sticky, although the shimmer does leave a bit of a gritty feeling on the lips. I have several of the Revlon Colourburst glosses and really like them. Not only are they well made, nicely pigmented and easy to apply (the doe foot applicator has a bit of an unusual look), they fairly inexpensive (especially compared to some of the higher end glosses on the market).
Have you tried Crystal Lilac? Have you tried any of the Revlon Colourburst Lipglosses? What is your favourite brand of lipgloss? Be sure to let me know in the comment section below.

Pretty! I haven't tried Colourburst glosses but I have tried the Super Lustrous ones and I quite like them.
ReplyDeleteI really like the super lustrous ones too. These are nice because I find they have more pigmentation than the others. xx
DeleteIt's beautiful and I think it is ever so sweet of you to do such a sweet twist to blogging!
